A homeowner in Haverhill looking up at the roof of a Cape Cod style house with a roofing provider

Last updated: October 2026

Challengefreedom Roofing wants every homeowner to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics We Accept

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Challengefreedom Roofing
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If Your Concern Is About a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed. Note that Challengefreedom Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@challengefreedom.world and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

First, we acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Next, we review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

You can reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about a licensed provider, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
